You ignored one very important factor... It is only the second Halo this generation that will feature Halo's main protagonist, Master Chief. Historically speaking, Halo with Master Chief far outsells the non Master Chief Halo's. This game will be bigger than you think.

 

 

Dude, if anyone wanted Xbox because of Halo, they would have gotten it million times by now...
