No, no. MH4 is scheduled for the Spring 2013 in Japan - which means march-june.
This holiday juggernaut is going to be Animal Crossing (and NSMB2 too).

Capcom: No plans for E.X. Troopers localization right now

We’ve been covering Capcom’s stylish Lost Planet spin-off E.X. Troopers for quite some time now. Sadly, it looks like the game will be staying in Japan.
Writing on the company’s official forums about possible localization, Capcom’s Christian Svensson said:
“Guys, I have no news to share on that front right now. Sorry.”
In a different thread, Svensson noted that there aren’t “plans to bring it Westward at this time.”
I wouldn't trust Sven very much...he's the MH senior teaser guy. But this might be true. Which is a shame, I was looking foward to this game. Now we can only hope it sells well and change capcom's mind about its potential. And hope they fire Sven too.
