There's no way PS4 is coming in 2013

Sony has said no several times.

Sony has in fact said they aren't interested in launching a PS4 at this time.

He's talking about Hirai's statements about the next Playstation. Playstation is always tight lipped and try to keep us focused on the here and now (IE: 10 year plan still in effect). Many in the industry believe next year E3 2013 will bring a peek of the new consoles. With the reveals of the new engines, I am starting to believe them. As far as exclusives production goes, the PS3 could last until 2015 unless they solely rely on third parties in the last year before cutting the chord.
