@That Guy, for a HIGH BRAND game, 1 mln. IS NORMAL or GOOD, BUT really nothing AMAZING. It would be DISSAPOINTING, like First week SMG sales, if it would sell LESS.
Sales in Japan (Lifetime):
Metal Gear Solid: 0.78 million
Metal Gear Solid 2: 0.85 million
Metal Gear Solid 3: 0.86 million
@That Guy, PS3 will only in 2008 will have 2nd year LIFE Christmas.
And by THAT time it will HAVE MGS4, GTA4, FFXIII, GT5.
Guess you better strike Metal Gear Solid 4 from that list, since none of its predecessors even hit 1 million sales lifetime. How DISSAPOINTING. [sic] =)
