he says the wii-u is tba, meaning your post means you think the wii can at all compete with xbox, or you meant wii-u which he clearly says they don't know yet.
also iirc the wii-u has a weak CPU, which bethesda games use a lot of. so a weak cpu = no skyrim on wii-u
