Bethesda and Rockstar really hate Nintendo. And this is not something new.
This mentality has been around since 2001 or so.
GTA Chinatown Wars was the last nail in the coffin for R*.
Bethesda never really cared. The good thing is that I really don't care for them. But GTA 4 would be sweet with the gamepad - with a map with personal annotations and some new gameplay usage, it would definitely be the best version.
