Vita Doomz and Gloomz was responsible for teh Haxz! In a conversation with the haxer, he said this: Unsurprisingly, Yifanlu's further comments about his motivations echo Vita sentiments seen around the Web. "I got a Vita on launch date because I believe the system has a big potential, and I still do, but right now, there really isn't that many good new games out," Yifanlu noted to Crave. "I thought I could juice some use out of this $300 device if I can run homebrew on it." But more importantly, he said this too: "As a developer, I am completely against piracy," Yifanlu told Crave when queried about his intentions for the PS Vita hack. "My tools, when released, cannot be used for that purpose." http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-57507041-1/a-conversation-with-the-first-playstation-vita-hacker/

*Cough* Bullshit *Cough*
If vita had the best collections of games ever, hackers would still be going at it and find another excuse to justify their actions.
Vita has a plethora of games, it was even classed as having the best launch selection by a fair few amount of people. The only reason why hackers bought it on the day 2 is because they want the accolade of being the guy who first hacked it.
