Sports Interactive is "constantly watching" the sales data of Sony's PS Vita, the studio's director has said, but the group will not release a Football Manager game for the system until sales pick up.

Speaking to CVG on the day of the Football Manager 2013 announcement, Miles Jacobson said that Vita owners looking for an FM fix will discover that the PSP version of the management sim is still playable on the newer handheld.

Sounds like Vita is going to get Football Manager 2013 in the works by next month.
