The Japanese PSN wants only 6600 yens. I bought the game from it but the imported PSN prepaid card cost me a lot anyway... The boxed Project Diva F costs 7300 yens in Japan so you're not going the find it for less than 80$/€. But go for it, this game is pure pleasure!

Do I need a seperate memory card to download it of the japanese psn?

As far as I know, Vita doesn't allow multiple accounts even by switching memory cards, so you necessarily have to make your Vita exclusive to the Japanese PSN account (which I do, because I expect nothing from the European PSN).
