Really good prices if true. Hell, for 250 € I would think about geting one at launch. As for the others, it'd depend on what each bundle has.

My cautious prediction is:

249 $/€ => Console + controller

299 $/€ =>  Console + controller + Nintendo Land

349 $/€ => Console + controller + Nintendo Land + Pro Controller.

Maybe they'll include some Wiipoints (if they continue with them) on the 2 more expensive bundles, but I don't see them bundling a third party game.

That`s a good proposition, but i`m more inclined to the 349 bundle including not a Pro Controller but a Wii Remote and Nunchuck for the simple reason that Nintendoland will probably only use the Wii Remote for multiplayer. So, better offer something that people would use than something they wouldn`t use from the start.

Wii points being offered is a bit... maybe they could offer, for registration of the products, more stars than your 249 bundle.
Or just offering some eshop game for the 349 bundle, like they did with Excite Bike for 3DS (free for a limited time).

I thought about the wiimote+nunchuck option, but how many people will see them worth those extra 50 $/€? Certainly, many Wii owners won't.

About the wiipoints... well, given Nintendo's new focus on digital content that we've heard about, giving the customers some free points/money to allow them to try it without regrets would be a good idea.

Well, Wii owners can buy the 249 bundle instead. Leaving the 349 for those who don`t own a Wii.
If the game focuses heavily or solely on Wiimotes for MP, than the combination actually saves people money - by about 20€/$.
