cables??? wtf. The only cables it won't have would be HDMI and that may get put in the $349 sku. Basically, there is no way Nintendo will expect people to use cables from Wii.

Base: $249 with Wii U, Gamepad, digital software package including really basic tablet games; like basic board games (othello, chess, checkers, etc).
NintendoLand bundle: $299 with Wii U, Gamepad, same software, NintendoLand, Wiimote+.
BlackOps2 bundle: $349 with Black Wii U, Gamepad, same software, Black Ops2, Pro Controller (special edition), HDD.

That makes the most sense if this information is true. I will likely get the Pro version if the HDD is a good size, otherwise the NintendoLand bundle in black. I'm still betting Nintendoland (if it is always sold separately) will be sold with a wiimote+ for $60.

Man I can't wait for next week.

3DS XL AC Adapter.

Home console != Portable console... though I didn't know that the XL lacked the plug. How crappy.

Still, AC Adapter has a much higher cost than the AV plugs, so there is no reason to not include those and not home based electronic ever comes without a plug and AV connections. But a lot of portable devices come without AC plugs, though not as common either.

I really think it comes down to packed in games and controllers (aside from gamepad).
