The video basically questions (pretty harshly) a number of decisions that Sony has made regarding the PSVita with the claim that people wouldn't pirate if their service was better.

Watch the video, and discuss if you agree with him

- Does Sony have a problem with customer relations

Yes, but they also have a big resource there in form of a very large, enthusiastic fan base who supports and defends Sony.

- Did they handle the PS1 game situation badly, or are gamers feeling too entitled here?

I am sure they tried their best. Nearly all companies over-promise, not just hardware companies but game developers too.

- Is the true way to combat piracy "to provide a better service than the pirates"?

No. First, because it's an impossible mission. Often you can't provide a better service simply because piracy is already the best service (it's very easy and convenient to torrent music, movies, TV shows, and PC games). Second, because piracy is also a moral and legal issue.

- Should we stop posting things from Jim Sterling?

Yes. He is a brutish loud-mouth that makes me depressed.

Me: bold.
