Yes to everything. I liked the video; a bit harsh but the main point was a good one.
The same is true for all companies. Look at Nintendo, for example. Would there be as many pirates if games were localised, patched or had additional content made by the company (Brawl and Galaxy come to mind)? Doubt it. Same applies here really.
