I don't want to look into the figures to make a prediction (and I don't like randomly guessing) but i can tell you now your 3DS figures are probably less than 1/3rd of what it will manage (maybe as low as 1/4), while your Vita figures are probably less than half of what it will manage (possibly as low as 1/3 if it picks up a little)
Hmm, I guess that means i've made a vague prediction:
3DS Global: 4.5 to 6 million
Vita Global: 860k to 1,290k
