^ This is the one misconception about Wii U that's starting to get on my nerves. Arkham City, Mass Effect 3, Darksiders II, Tom Clancy, the yearly EA Sports games. To my knowledge, that's it. Let's wait and see on Ninja Gaiden, it's possible they actually DID turn it into a decent game. You don't "already have" Assassin's Creed 3 on your PS3. In addition to Nintendo's considerable first-party line-up, it's also got ZombiU (excl), Rayman Legends (excl), Scribblenauts Unlimited (excl), Lego City (excl), P-100 (excl), Aliens, Sonic Racing, Tekken, Injustice, Sniper, and quite a few others you probably don't care about (Just Dance, etc). And the digital support from smaller devs already looks fantastic. Honestly, Wii U has one of the best-looking launch line-ups I've ever seen. Better than Wii and 3DS combined for sure. |
@bolded: Yeah, I'd say when you consider variety and quality combined, it's probably the best, most robust launch line-up of any game system ever... even if it does lack something of the caliber of, say, a Mario 64 or Twilight Princess.
