Head Tracking Wii in Fatal Frame 4?

I don't think this is a chip/ power issue. I mean look at the display that he use it was plain targets- and still it had the same great effect.
PS3 probably could do some great thing with this Tech especially on a HDTV but so could the Wii. I mean the Wii could render what he should in the video above.
