While November 11th and 18th are good guesses for release dates given Nintendo's preference to release hardware on a Sunday, $200 is far too low to be believed ...
Certainly, Nintendo (probably) learned from the 3DS and will try to launch the Wii U at a reasonable price but they also learned from the Gamecube and will not see much of an upside in undercutting the competition simply to undercut the competition.
The lowest realistic price is $250, with $300 being more plausable, and $350 being a possibility.
