1 year head start is huge for the sequel to the leading console of this gen, esp if it's going to be a cheapest console on the market. The rest pretty much doesn't matter.
Nintendo is playing its own game really. It doesn't need PS360 gamers to hop across, all it needs to do is convince the Wii Fit crowd to make the upgrade. The only Wii owners who are going to wait and see about Wii U are those who in the last year or 2 went out and got a PS3 or 360. And none of them are the Wii Fit demographic.
