One of the worst things about using a scope in most games is that you lose all close proximity awareness until something bashes you in the skull, then you have to re-orient yourself for close range. It would also let you scan for movement then quickly find your target without all the in-and-out that normally goes along with sniper scenarios. Not a bad idea, to be honest. Eh, the small screen as opposed to the hulking Wiiupad is less horrible. They just look like glorified, cumbersome (and no doubt more expensive) light guns to me. As for the use of the screen, I think I can survive having to click in an analog stick!
