Yeah, I won't have to buy a shitty 600 dollar brick to play what few games that manage to stay exclusive for it that I like because they'll have moved to either the 360 or Wii. So in a sense, it will help my life.

Yeah, that's going to happen. They're only losing thier exclusives at an alarming rate and selling what few consoles they are on the promise of games that won't be out for a year or two. Not to mention they've stepped down production of the PS3 to cope with the lack of demand. How many games have come out now that you've promised would ignite the PS3's success, Motorstorm, Virtua Fighter 5... where are the sales? You better get used to this trend.
