If the spec info Eurogamer has put out is true...then no, ninty are not trying...at least not thinking long term

I mean trying to encourage third party developers to put games on their system. In terms of longterm their fine with 1gig in my opinion though I wouldn't mind more though I heard 1.5 gig in some of other thread on here and another 500mb for the OS idk I can't wait till its all revealed though.

If they aren't gonna provide a system/hardware that is comparable to the competition, they really can't fault 3rd parties for their lack of focus. 1GB for a system that should be in the market for years to come sound pretty bad. Add the CPU info/rumors and situation gets worse. This is not how you should encourage 3rd parties. But yea we should wait for the final release for proper judgment of the situation.

TO me it doesn't you can do a lot with 1 gig honestly. Though I won't act like more wouldn't be better. I don't consider the rumor specs as a reason to develop for it, but more the easy to port part and the incventives that nintendo is rumored to be offering. Well see though I guess.
