Overpriced: so 2007.
Patent trolls: lots of big companies are patent trolls, you probably bought a product or two from a patent troll.
Shitty products: just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone else did. Giving how they've grown as a company in the recent years it must be an indicator that the satisfaction rate is high, so it's probably just you and your "friends" who were unlucky.
Annoying Marketing: Looking at their financials, it's working. They are either a bunch of geniuses or people are just plain stupid. Both ways you really can't blame apple.
iTunes: You have my full agreement here, I still use it for music though but snycing is just so not 2012.
iPhone:
-Screen size: again, I agree, I am totally satisfied with it personally.
-Camera: Still one of the best in the market.
-Outdated UI: it IS outdated, especially when you compare it to the new windows, but you've been hating for years and windows mobile is relatively new. Stop coming up with excuses.
iPad: It's fantastic.
The fans are annoying: I find you amusing.
I also bought a 10 dollars app recently by mistake and contacted the support directly, they gave me a refund, so I feel obliged to do some marketing for them
