The Bulls actually are rated pretty much exactly about where I'd put them. They lost a couple some key bench players, replaced them with a washed up Nazr Mohammed and guys that I never heard of, and got back Kirk Hinrich (the best offseason move for them). It looks like they are trying empty some payroll to reload next year and are convinced that Rose won't return this season at all. They will probably be the seventh or eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.
The top three teams are spot on. So are the Bobcats (sorry Smeags).
The Knicks at 10 are WAY too high!
I really don't care about the NBA that much anymore since the entire playoffs are fixed anyways.
