Transferable (99% sure it is) not sure about Xperia though but I'd say transferable.
Just go to the psn store and check your download list or look for the game in the store.
PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
