Are the X-Men and Marvel from the same company? If so it would be great to include them in the next Avengers....... But I am not up on this type of stuff. IAll I know is that I like X-Men and I like The Avengers. :)

Marvel comics owns also the Xmen comics.   Not all the xmen are avengers,  the only X-man that is an Avenger is Wolverine, but Wolverine movie rights are owned by another Studio, so he can not be on Avengers2 movie, unless they have some kind of deal.
