I haven't playing Tekken in such a long long time, but, I seem to remember the Tekken speaking japanese, although hard to understand.

hE SPEAKS gibberish in tekken  that only sounds japanese. Japanese players know this.

i'm going to start Tekken 6 up, just to listen to what he's saying...  I'm going to listen closely, to make sure I wasn't hearing things.

In Street fighter x tekken he still speaks that way no matter what language you pick. Olny Kuma , Ogre , and King also do this.
