Not sure if you're being a dick or not, but there weren't any new moves added to existing characters from Melee to Brawl so it's actually quite the change.

Mario got his Flood attack, Falco started punching more with his wings instead of his feet and um... uh...

Well that doesn't count at all lets be serious! If the article is right then that means characters will have new moves in addition to their current moves, which would be EPIC!
