I think there is some validity to his points but so far I haven't seen anything from WiiU that will draw in casuals, at least not in the same way Wii Sports brought in people. Plus casuals are well served with tablets and smart phones now which have tons of great casual games. To pull people away from those cheap/free games WiiU (according to Nintendo themselves) must present game play that tablets can't. So to accomplish this Nintendo makes a tablet controller. Wait, what?
