Usually most guys would like to last longer.  I usually only last about 8-20 mins on normal so with the foreskin I would probably last 4-10 mins.  I find it funny that people bring up the loss nerve feeling when modern society tries to instill that guys need to last at least 30 mins - hours.  The correct figure though is about 10-15 mins because if a girl can't achieve an orgasm by 15 mins then she probably won't during the session.  I really don't give a shit that my parents did it to me but I wouldn't do it to my son if I ever had one.  I can still achieve an orgasm and that is the only thing that really matters.

Personally, I am uncircumsized and extremely long winded in the sex department. I last too long I think with on avg 40-120mins. Sounds like gloating but its actually a curse because I usually let the other person get their rocks off and I just save mines for later cuz they rarely will put up with it that long haha.

Yet I see where you could be getting at. Yet if you could have a stronger orgasm vs lasting longer, I would always choose stronger. And taking me for example, I don't think the intensity of the pleasure necessarily has an effect on the timing. The "feeling" is simply a by product of the motion, IE if you didn't feel pain doesn't mean that if I stab you you won't bleed. Hope that makes sense.
