You can patent ideas such as "A phone that uses 3G technology," "a device that can be used for calling, email, and pictures," and similar things?
What the hell? I thought you could only patent more concrete things on design. Why didn't someone patent "device used to play video games on" or "device used to play video games, dvds, and video streaming services" ?
How the hell do Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony all let each other get away without one of them doing this? :P
