He was obviously doping, he didnt want to fight this anymore because its better for him that there is still a sliver of doubt that he didnt do it. If he goes forth and fights this case the evidence that they bring forward would prove his guilt, and being the cheating scumbag he is, he doesnt want that.
Why else would he let them run his name through the dirt and just give up.
