From what I've seen so far the only way to kill a zombie with one shot is to sever the brain stem lol. It's going to take time for us zombie apocalypse veterans to adjust lol, normally any headshot does the job! Quite a nice touch as it goes, a good piece of game design.
And libroex, those scripted pieces appear at different times and places every time you play the game, same with the placement of zombies. You'll find it difficult to play the same game twice.
