Recently, the French press has been really enthusiastic for Rayman Legends and Zombi U, so there's no biaised opinion here I think.
As for gamers, I've never heard anybody looking forward for WiiU in French forums. I do think gamers care much less for WiiU than the press currently does.
And if there is indeed a WiiU hate, it's the result of Nintendo pushing casual gaming so much those past years, so it's only natural.
