Yeah, that's just what I was thinking. I mean, wii has 88 mb of ram TOTAL. In an era when 1 gb stick cost 50 dollars. Just increasing the vram would have let the console do 720p. In my opinion, it was a huge mistake not to at least make the console HD ready. Seeing their games run in 720p on Dolphin illustrates just how awesome it could have been. Oh well.
