Fallout 4 set in Boston?

I could care less about which city it takes place in, I just really want Fallout 4. Fallout 3 was of course a masterpiece.

It takes around 3 years for Bethesda Game Studios to make a new game, and Fallout 4 will obviously be for next gen, which means it will come out in Fall 2014 at the earliest.
