Top 10 games on Metacritic this gen, do you agree?

If I'm not mistaken, both Oblivion and Skyrim top GTA IV in size and scope (this while not even mentioning the Fallout games). It's certainly not as impressive as you're making it out to be.

 

While Skyrim is impressive, how much of it is just open fields? Technically, it's much, MUCH harder to get modern day NY into a game. You have all those cars, people, stores etc. The amount of things they crammed into that game is unmatched. Then to be able to actually do it in a way that makes it feel like a living, breathing city? Come on. Whether you like the story or not, GTA4 is the greatest techincal feat we've seen on consoles so far. At least in my opinion.
