Yes, because they will earn more money due to the huge sales of the PS3 version of the game, and also PSVITA will sell more because people will get games for free, expanding the userbase for future VITA only titles. Also, If the PSVITA begins to sell a lot, I think Sony will have to give the publishers some share of the sales so they can be more happy :D
