I think you missed the part when 

 

PSV worldwide sales = DC japan ONLY sales. 

PSV is better because it's selling worldwide unlike the dreamcast which mean Sony is winning over Sega, also the PSV is already the second best selling handheld this gen which isn't a small feat.

I sure hope this is meant for sarcasm rather than spin; as it is quite a pathetic spin IMHO.
