I don't understand the law at all. Especially when the dudes involved with her were clearly alright with it. She shouldn't face any more legal penalties than if she was having group sex with 5 people and she was a stripper.
Now, as far as losing her job at the school, that's an entirely different matter. She should be fired for cause, and maybe stripped of her teaching license, but she shouldn't go to prison for having consensual sex. That's just so unnecessary. What a waste of a cell. There are murderers and rapists out there who should be in prison.
