Fired yes for her actions. Legal action, heck no. If you're legal (17 in most states), that's it. That simple. Have to draw the line somewhere. Even 3 don't want to help her get prosecuted, this just shows how dumb the law is. She isn't molesting children. They are adults, and they all needed to be treated as such. If anything, the students should have been expelled and her fired. But that is it. Nothing more!
