Can Sony catch a break? OnLive’s Patents Could be Used to “Sue the Sh*t Out of” Gaikai

this just seems like a money grab from Onlive, they wait until now to possibly sue Gaikai and or Sony? I'd dont know if Onlive is one of the leaders of cloud tech, but suing on the "fundamentals" of cloud seems like a stretch.
