As for my take on which is better, the SNES was. The Genesis was in the same class as the SNES. But, once developers knew how to properly code the SNES and eliminate slowdown, the only advantage the Genesis had went away. Still, the Genesis had a good number of cool exclusives and still stands as a favorite of mine. Heck, I will go as far to say on the Wii Virtual Console, the TurboGrafx16/PC Engine stuff offers the best bang for the buck though (talk about tangent talk here).
