Right click on the upper bar, put a check on playcount or whatever it is called on your language...
OT - I have 12263 songs on my iTunes and none has been listened to over 24 times (currently the top one is KMFDM's Son of a Gun), although I've reseted the list a few times already. On my iPod I went upwards of 400 plays once on a song though.
