I don't think touchscreen controls is enough to differentiate itself from it's console brethern.  Buy a copy of AC3 on PS3 for $60 or buy a copy of ACL on Vita for $50? 

AC:L is 40$. MSRP for full scale Vita games is generally 40$. There's only been 2 exceptions

Vita games also usually get a 10% price decrease on PSN as well. There have been only 2 exceptions to that as well I believe.
