No. Neither 360 nor PS3 have a chance at 100 million. I'm NOT knocking either of them, but they've both already got their path set out for them. I predict 40-60 million for both of them WW. 55-60% of 360's sales will be in America, with 20% Europe and the rest sprinkled everywhere else. PS3 30% Japan 30% Europe 20% America, the rest everywhere else.
Of course, no matter what either of them get, the Wii will guaranteed sell at least double, so if one gets to 60 million, Wii will do at least 120 
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
