A couple big ones in Zelda TOOT:
First time out in Hyrule Field, taking in the majesty of it all for the first time, casually running toward some weird giant pineapple-looking thing when OMGWTFISTHISSHITRUNLIKEHELL!!!!!
Second time when I went in the Royal Tomb, getting creeped out by the music and sound effects was bad enough, but then going in the room full of these tall zombie like dudes when suddenly one turns around and looks at me and OMGWTFISTHISSHITICANTMOVE!!!!!
