I think it looks fake, too. Even my current Kinect does a great job of spotting me and keeping the skeleton of me separate from my background. In that pic, the persons feet seem to blend in with the floor/background. Happy action theater not only saw where I was, it saw where my walls were, my table was, and where the floor was.
