Is it a surprise?
Considering not a single game in that top 20 isn't a sequel or part of a pre-existing franchise, add in the fact that USA is 360-land, note that PS3 exclusives rarely have stellar sales and that PS3 games generally sell less upfront and more over the course of time, and I'd say it's not shocking at all! To me, at least :P
edit: And I just don't think it's going to be that big a game in all honesty.
