i always think about doping but then i remember that nowadays they are also all doped (i would say from almost every country). the difference is that they use one of the 100 dopings you can't find in the blood and in the past more used what you can find but still most got never catched.
i saw today alone some who won gold or were doped in the past and i'm not sure why they shouldn't be doped now and be still better than in the past with doping. gatlin, the winner in swimming, the winner in hammer throwing and so on...
