He may not of meant it but there would be somechanges nessary to make it run on the WiiU since you need to change between DirectX and OpenGL but since the engine being used in both is UE3 all that will need is an engine change out. But that is my beef with the video but that is getting into more of the programming side of things. |
Being that both games run on the Unreal 3 engine, which runs on XBox 360, PS3, PC, Linux and Mac OS, and that it is rendering through OpenGL on many of these platforms (PS3, Linux and Mac OS at least), I suspect porting the games is probably far less difficult than you think ...
